How does it work?

You could choose a building and a floor, therefore the program will show you the accompanying floorplan. With a next click on the preferred space in the floorplan you will get an overview of all planned cleaning activities for the concerning space/room. If the floorplan is to large or too small, you are able to zoom in and out with the mouse wheel. If the floorplan is not properly displayed, it can be moved by clicking and dragging.

Steps

Select the preferred location, building and floor.
Click Show
A floorplan is displayed. The rooms that have been colored AND show a room number are available for cleaning activities information. The colors have the following meaning:

Blauw: kantoren, spreekkamers, bibliotheken, flexruimten etc.

Groen: gangen, hallen, pantry's, wachtruimten etc.

Rood: alle soorten sanitair-ruimten.
Click the desired space/room.
The page that appears shows the details of the room, an overview of the daily program and an overview of the periodic work.
Click the Show button to display the map again.
If a room has no color or no hand appears (as mouse sign), but an arrow appears, It means there is no cleaning schedule for this room and therefore not be clicked on.
Close the browser to close the program.

And further:

All lecture halls, sanitary rooms, meeting rooms and public areas are cleaned before 9 am (09.00u)
Workrooms are cleaned during the day
Follow-up rounds of sanitary rooms take place between 12 am and 3 pm (12.00u and 15.00u)
Blue color-coded laboratories are only cleaned during the day in the presence of a UvA employee
Green color-coded laboratories are cleaned during the day
Red color-coded laboratories are not being cleaned
